These terms govern the purchase of digital goods on Sneebo.
An order is created when you select a digital goods package and confirm the payment. Each payment is handled as a separate order.
Payments may be processed via Paysera, Stripe, or other providers depending on availability.
Payment is confirmed once we receive confirmation from the payment provider. Until then, the order status is pending and coins are not delivered.
Coins are added automatically after payment confirmation. If you cancel or fail a payment, coins are not added.
Coins are tied to the account or nickname used at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the right to withdraw.
Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included.
We may update prices or packages at any time. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user data, third-party payment issues, or lost account access. If a payment is duplicated, we will resolve it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
